The company has advanced equipment and complete types. The mould department is equipped with CNC, CNC, CNC lathe, lathe, milling machine, spark machine, etc. There are 8 cold and hot chamber die-casting machines in the die-casting department, one for each of 800 tons, 700 tons, 500 tons and 300 tons, two for 280 tons and two for 160 tons. Magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy can be produced by die casting. CNC Department has 10 CNC machining centers and 4 CNC lathes. The post-processing Department has some equipment, such as drilling machine, tapping machine, grinding machine, polishing machine, wire drawing machine, sanding machine, roller machine, grinder, punch, etc. Paint department has passivation treatment production line, automatic paint line, spray cabinet, bread oven and other complete sets of equipment. The quality control department is equipped with a three-dimensional measuring instrument, a salt spray tester, a vacuum tester, a balance tester, and more than 100 other gauges and instruments.
